Cereals Fruit Focus UK Ltd (Cereals) including any companies engaged by the Organiser to manage the Exhibition on its behalf is the company organizing the event. 

Agreement shall not be deemed to have been entered between you and Cereals unless Cereals recognizes your registration by sending you an email to confirm your registration to the Event. In this regard, acceptance shall be deemed to be valid for all purposes as of the time of receipt of the confirmation email sent by Cereals.

Refund Policy

All registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event for any reason. In such cases, registered visitors will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Filming and photography at Cereals 2026

By visiting Cereals, visitors accept that they may be photographed or filmed and that this media may be used for event marketing.

Film recording is taking place at the Cereals 2026 event and the recordings may form part of a television programme being produced by Expectation Entertainment.
 
By entering areas onsite well marked with ‘Filming in Progress’ signs, you are consenting to our including you in our recording of the programme and you further irrevocably and unconditionally grant to use the right to film, photograph and record you and all consents which may be required for our exploitation of your performance by all means and in all languages, formats and media whether now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity without payment to you of any kind.
 
If you do not wish to give such consent, you must remain out of the range of the camera and sound recording equipment.  Any failure to do so will be conclusively deemed a waiver of any and all claims you might assert.

Badge Scanning

While you are at the event, you will likely visit exhibitors at their stands and attend sponsored seminars. In allowing your badge to be scanned, the exhibitor/ sponsor will gain access to your contact information in order for them to follow up with you post event.

 

Registration Eligibility

Access will be by advanced ticket only and all tickets will be reviewed by our team to ensure only trade visitors attend. 

If you register and are not a memer of the Farming Community you may be asked to leave on the day of the event. 

 

Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to modify the event agenda, speakers, venue, or schedule without prior notice. Registrants will be notified of significant changes as soon as possible.

Liability

Attendees participate at their own risk. The organizer and its affiliates are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.

The organizer is not liable for any personal property lost or damaged during the event.
