Visitor Arrivals and Departures:
Most visitors to the event are expected to drive and park within one of the large on-site car parks. All on-site parking will be free of charge, and vehicles will not be stopped on entry to the site to promote traffic flow and reduce congestion. In addition to the on-site car parks, visitors may also arrive by event bus from regional destinations. A small on-site glamping area will be available for those exhibiting at the event.
We are working closely with the Highway Authority to implement comprehensive vehicle routing and temporary traffic management plans to reduce the impact of event traffic on local people and commuting traffic. As part of our overall traffic plan, Oxfordshire County Council will issue a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order authorising restrictions on certain roads.
